    For the second time this week, a 10-year-old boy has been shot in Atlanta. The boy was inside a southeast Atlanta apartment with his parents and four other adults when he was shot in the stomach about 12:15 a.m. Thursday, according to Channel 2 Action News. Investigators are not sure if the shooting was intentional. The shooter ran away from the Confederate Court apartment shortly after the incident, Atlanta police told Channel 2.     Atlanta has issued a boil water advisory for certain areas until further notice, according to the Department of Watershed Management.  Many residents woke up early Thursday morning to find no water pressure in their homes.     Atlanta police are searching for a teenager who has been missing since the beginning of the month.  Police say Nya Slaughter, 14, left her home in the East Lake area July 1 and hasn’t returned home.
